A person participating in HumanTier is a Humanteer. The term expresses participation and belonging within the HumanTier community; it is not legal citizenship conferred by a state.
The Humanteer remains the authority
HumanTier Citizen represents identity and personal agency within HumanTier without claiming to define or capture the whole person.
Participation beyond conventional documents
HumanTier is intended to support identity continuity and meaningful participation when nationality, documentation, or institutional recognition is incomplete, unsafe, or denied.
